This is what the creation of a winery in Stellenbosch, South Africa, was for the three friends. And the dream of a lifetime.

Vangelis Gerovassiliou and Vassilis Tsaktsarlis met Takis Soldatos. Two well-known and award-winning winemakers joined forces with one of the most famous Greek connoisseurs to test their skills in an impressive place. In one of the world's most famous wine-making regions, in Stellenbosch with its breathtaking mountains, stunning rivers and the familiar Mediterranean climate, the three friends have experimented with making great wines.

South Africa's Sauvignon Blanc is one of the most famous in the world. And the Escapades White 2013 is the proof that the big Sauvignon Blanc can age and evolve beautifully. Want fruit? It has a lot. Do you want grass? It has enough to roll on. Do you want complexity? Time has worked beautifully on it, giving it impressive evolutionary aromas and flavors.

Lemon-green color in the glass.

Intense nose, expressive with a vegetive character. Green Pepper, grass, asparagus and fig leaves have a party at the beginning. Juicy fruits such as melon, white peach, lime and candied bergamot peel appear gradually. Chamomile and green tea hints complete the complex bouquet.

Medium-volume body with intense aromas and acidity that shows that this Sauvignon is tedious. Green pepper fills your mouth in every sip, almost like chewing it. Pomegranates, lime, grapefruit, peach and asparagus accentuate its typical character. Aftertaste of green pepper that almost does not end!
