Fresh and aromatic nose with notes of white cherry, peach, bergamot, juicy plum and melon.

with Thai cusine, shrimp, spicy sausages or fried fish.

Salad with spinach, strawberry, avocado and blue cheese

  • 300 gr of spinach cleaned and cut into large pieces
  • 12 medium-sized strawberries, cut into slices
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 4 slices of bacon, crisped and crushed
  • 80 gr blue cheese or goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup of walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 3 tbsps. of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsps. of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. of sugar

In a blender, mix up olive oil, sugar, balsamic and 4 strawberries until they become a homogeneous vinaigrette.

Put the spinach in a bowl. Pour over the dressing and add the rest of the ingredients.
