If you've ever been to Kefalonia you know that they take Robola very seriously. It has already taken the title of the variety of the future. Light lemon-green color in the glass.

Intense but also elegant aromas of white flowers such as chamomile, daisy and lemon blossoms are combined with pear, citrus and bergamot. Characteristic mineral note, typical for the variety completes the bouquet.

Medium (-) body, with moderate and totally balanced acidity. Pear, citrus, apple, bergamot, lemon, chamomile and a salty feel of wet stone on the palate. Enjoyable long-lasting lemon aftertaste.
