It is one of the most classic French cheeses with a strong aroma and rich buttery character. You can enjoy it plain with some chutney or red fruit jam but you can play even dirtier.
You can put it on top of a bruschetta after first rubbing it with a clove of garlic and broil it in the oven with a thin layer of caramelized onions underneath. Freshly grounded pepper or grated fresh truffle on top and Pinot Noir in your glass, Brie's best friend.
