PAYMENT

The payment method is selected by the user and includes payment with cash upon delivery, payment with credit/debit card or payment with bank deposit. Purchases through Botilia.gr are processed by a third party provider, a banking institution or a lawfully licensed payment service provider of the Bank of Greece. The payment process is based on the terms of the provider of the relevant services, whose website is redirected. The credit card that the visitor / user will use to pay for Botilia.gr services / subscriptions is charged only once and solely for the current transaction, unless the visitor / user has chosen to automatically charge their credit card when his / her subscription is renewed or the service in which he/she participates. Botilia.gr is not responsible for the terms of processing these transactions or the terms of use of personal data adopted by the above providers with whom cooperates to complete the transactions.

 

A. Payment by cash:

If the user / customer opts for a cash payment, payment of the order's products will be made by the user / customer at the time of delivery, with cash delivered to the courier's agent or to the Botilia.gr representative, who delivers the product and at a charge of two euros and fifty cents (€ 2.50) only for orders outside the region of Attica. 

For purchases and orders over 50 €, the customer is not charged with delivery costs if the order is delivered within the region of the Attica.

B. Payment by Credit / Debit Card

For payments made through a credit / debit card, the user / customer should follow the instructions he will find in this online store. The user / customer is solely responsible for the correct recording and the validation of the credit / debit card details. The credit card that the visitor / user will use to pay for services / subscriptions on the site is charged only once and solley for the current transaction, unless the visitor / user has chosen to automatically charge his / her credit card every time his subscription or the service, in which he participates, is renewed. Botilia.gr is not responsible for the terms of use of personal data adopted by the financial organizations with which it cooperates to complete the trade and / or any fault thereof.

Botilia.gr does not store the credit card details you enter when you place your order. Instead, he uses online credit technology in cooperation with VivaWallet to automatically approve the transaction. This means that Botilia.gr does not use the credit card details for any purpose as they are not visible, except for the first 4 digits of the card. Therefore, Botilia.gr is not responsible for the terms of use of personal data adopted by the financial organizations with which it cooperates to complete the transactions.

C. Deposit in Bank Account:

If you do not have a credit card and if you can not receive your products, you can pay for your order via bank account transfer. For your best service, please write the Order Code in the tranfer comment’s section. Then please send the deposit receipt via e-mail. The deposit must be completed within 48 hours after the order is completed, otherwise it is considered invalid. The deposit must be made to the account below.

Ensuring confidentiality of data Transfer

To ensure the privacy of data transfer of customers ' credit cards, the VivaWallet uses the encryption protocol SSL-128 bit EV, in collaboration with the company “Thawte”, which specializes in security issues. Under this Protocol, the secret data is stored only in encrypted form on systems without a direct Internet connection and carried encrypted on banks.


Controlled Access

Access to the systems of VivaWallet is controlled by Firewalls, prohibiting access to systems and databases with confidential data. For maximum data protection and as imposing the standard PCI-DSS, the VivaWallet uses state-of-the-art detection systems of malicious attacks (Intrusion Detection and Denial of Service Protection Systems). In terms of physical access, the VivaWallet hosts its entire infrastructure into PCI-DSS certified data center company “Rackspace” (Level 1 Certified Services Provider) in Britain, which is monitored 24 x 7 by the electronics company “Obrela Security Industries”. All systems have followed a strict process of hardening, according to the standard requirements PCI-DSS.
