Bouncing Berry is a mature cheddar with chunks of cranberry from the Snowdonia Cheese Company. A family business that we have always chosen since 2001, for its passion, its new creative ideas and its consistent quality. It is made from pasteurized milk and with its rich, sweet delicate taste, it won a silver medal at the Nantwich International Cheese Awards.
