Organic and with a whole bunch of certifications, Mitira Lesvos is produced from the blend of the two varieties of Lesvos, Adramytiani and Kolovi. Why blend? Because it enables Petros Rizopoulos to maintain top quality and enviable stability in one of the best oils on the island and perhaps in Greece.
