The grapes come from the family-owned vineyards in Koutsi in Nemea. The precious juice ferments in stainless steel tanks and matures with its fine wine lees for a short time. The vinification has been undertaken by Aris Tselepos and everything shows that the apple hasn’t fallen far from the tree!
