The personal bet of the oenologist of Domain Kokotos, Anna Aga, the Rosé wine of the domain proved to be one of the geatest hits last year. The combination of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon in a fresh and full of aromas rosé wine was a pleasant surprise for the friends of botilia.gr and it went out of stock in just a few days!
The two french varieties were fermented separately with the Merlot being extracted for 11 hours while the Cabernet Sauvignon just for 6 giving bright rosé colour and aromas full of freshness. After the completion of this special fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the two varieties were mixed in an exquisite rosé blend which made us excited once more!
