Contains one of each of the following.

SAUVIGNON BLANC - THE PARING

The Paring Sauvignon Blanc is an explosively aromatic Sauvignon Blanc, which combines the spicy character of the barrel with the rich tropical fruit. The wine is fermented in neutral and new, French barrels and stainless steel tank, in equal proportions for 10 months. The result is complex but juicy and richly fruity.

CHARDONNAY - LAPIS LUNA

Lapis Luna Chardonnay is cut and sewn to the measurements of yours that you want your Chardonnay rich, with a barrel but at the same time crunchy and juicy. This one has it all and it benefits! The grapes come 90% from Mendocino, where the winery is located, and 10% from Clarksburg. This 10% ages in new oak barrels, for 9 months. This gives the buttery and smoky aromas to the wine but does not cover the juicy and almost tropical fruit.

STA. RITA HILLS PINOT NOIR - SANFORD WINERY

The Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir Sanford Winery comes from 2 vineyards in the heart of the Sta zone. Rita, with the oldest vines in the area (and you know how important this is for Pinot Noir expression). The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and then matured for 11 months in French oak barrels, 25% new, acquiring complexity and spicy dimension. Its incredible price, compared to its formality, finesse and complexity will definitely make it your most favorite Pinot Noir and one of these wines that you always want to have in your wine cooler!

VINTNER'S RESERVE CABERNET SAUVIGNON - KENDALL JACKSON

The Kendall-Jackson winery started its course in 1982 and is now considered "America's Favorite"! Vintner's Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon consists of 92.5% Caberneet Sauvignon, 3% Cabernet Franc, 2% Melbec and the rest are Petit Verdot and Merlot. Stay for 12 months in 65% French and 35% American barrels where 14% is new. We highly recommend it!

TODOS - JONATA

Todos Jonata is a very special wine that combines the varieties of Bordeaux, Rhone and Tuscany in a completely successful ensemble. It is no coincidence that he scores every year. The year 2015 for example got 94pts from Jeb Dunnuck, 94pts from Decanter and 93pts from Robert Parker's Wine Advocate! The blend comes from all (todos means all) the varieties grown in the winery. So we have 56% Syrah, 14% Cabernet Franc, 10% Petit Verdot, 10% Sangiovese, 7% Petite Syrah, 2% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Viognier or as Dees says about 50% Syrah, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20 % chaos! On the other hand, many wine critics say that this unorthodox blend works and every variety gives something to the final wine. The wine matures in French oak barrels, 35% new, for 20 months.

ZINFANDEL - EDMEADES WINERY

Zinfandel Edmeades is a rich, mature and intense red wine that has it all, to a superlative degree. Lots of fruit, lots of concentration, lots of barrels, lots of alcohol but in perfect balance! The philosophy in winemaking is abstract, that is, indigenous doughs, minimal interventions, not filtering and gluing. Thus, the wine is fermented with native yeasts in small stainless steel tanks. It then matures for 20 months in 59% American barrels and 41% in French, 20% of which are new. 13% Petit Syrah and 8% Syrah are added to the final blend to enhance the robust structure and spicy character of the wine.
