SAUVIGNON BLANC - THE PARING
The Paring Sauvignon Blanc is an explosively aromatic Sauvignon Blanc, which combines the spicy character of the barrel with the rich tropical fruit. The wine is fermented in neutral and new, French barrels and stainless steel tank, in equal proportions for 10 months. The result is complex but juicy and richly fruity.
CHARDONNAY - LAPIS LUNA
Lapis Luna Chardonnay is cut and sewn to the measurements of yours that you want your Chardonnay rich, with a barrel but at the same time crunchy and juicy. This one has it all and it benefits! The grapes come 90% from Mendocino, where the winery is located, and 10% from Clarksburg. This 10% ages in new oak barrels, for 9 months. This gives the buttery and smoky aromas to the wine but does not cover the juicy and almost tropical fruit.
STA. RITA HILLS PINOT NOIR - SANFORD WINERY
The Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir Sanford Winery comes from 2 vineyards in the heart of the Sta zone. Rita, with the oldest vines in the area (and you know how important this is for Pinot Noir expression). The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and then matured for 11 months in French oak barrels, 25% new, acquiring complexity and spicy dimension. Its incredible price, compared to its formality, finesse and complexity will definitely make it your most favorite Pinot Noir and one of these wines that you always want to have in your wine cooler!
