Contains one of each of the following.
ROBOLA CLASSIC - PETRAKOPOULOS WINERY
For years, Petrakopoulos Winery has been experimenting with various vinification techniques, trying different approaches to the Cephalonian varieties that seem to appreciate it. Robola of Petrakopoulos Winery from Theramonas redefines the variety with a different approach that fully expresses the character and the terroir in which it is grown.
OUSYRA SERIFIOTIKO - OUSYRA WINERY
Serifiotiko from OuSyra Winery is an excellent example of the unique and rare Serifiotiko variety. A very demanding variety and difficult to manage but with the strict handling of the experienced, Spyros Zoumboulis (oenologist at La Tour Melas, if that rings any bells) gave its best character. Impressive fruit purity, saltiness, and high acidity make one summer hit.
HARITON - HARITATOS VINEYARD
With a heavy name and an immersive, embossed label bearing the family coat of arms predisposes, from the outset, that it is the “heavy artillery” of Haritatos Vineyard. Hariton is the revivalist of the family vineyard and rightfully deserves to "baptize" this great wine.
KLIMA VIDIANO - KARAVITAKIS WINERY
The adorable Cretan variety in the hands of Manolis Karavitakis gives a truly unique wine. Oily, fruity, and balanced that has been on our favorites list for years.
SANTORINI - ATHINA
Three vineyards, at the best sites of the island, give the best expression of Assyrtiko. After fermentation, the must is left on its lees for about 9 months, giving Santorini - Athina finesse, concentration, and unique complexity.
VERDEA NATURE - DIMITRIS KEFALLINOS
Verdea is a traditional wine with a special gastronomic profile. Originating from Zakynthos, it contains the island's local and rare varieties in a distinctive, slightly oxidized style, reminiscent of really fine sherry. It's named after the green color (Verde) of the early harvested grapes, which were harvested early to give a higher acidity to the final wine.
