The special soil is responsible for the special aromatic profile of this Sauvignon Blanc. At the same time, careful vinification at low temperatures enhanced the fruity aromas of the variety even more. The result is juicy, elegant and combines the green fruits with the herbal aromas of the variety!

Vette di San Leonardo, comes from the Tenuta di San Leonardo winery, located in an area with a huge wine history and countless fanatical fans worldwide. The vintage was made manually from vineyards with an average age of 10 years. After 12 hours of maceration at a low temperature to enhance their aromatic profile, the grapes were lightly pressed and their juice fermented for 20 days in stainless steel tanks. The wine remained for 5 months in contact with its lees and there it acquired its elegant texture and explosive aromas!

Three Rows "Abstract" Sauvignon Blanc - Blank Canvas is a single block vineyard Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough and rated as one of the best in the country! It comes from 3 specific rows of a dry-farmed vineyard and is harvested only by hand. The bunches are pressed whole, but lightly so that only their free-flowing juice is used. The precious nectar ferments with natural yeasts in French barrels of 500 liters. Malolactic fermentation, maturation for 14 full months and its unfiltered bottling are some of the reasons that explain the unimaginable complexity and volume of this very elegant and uniquely balanced masterpiece.
