Why do we love it?
Clase Azul epitomized quality, complexity, and luxury in the aged tequila category. And this is Clase Azul Ultra.

The cultivation of blue agave in Los Altos de Jalisco results in a rare and very high-quality raw material, due to the characteristic red soil and the climatic conditions that prevail in the area. The secret traditional yeasts of Clase Azul then come to bring out the special character and end up in products of world-class and recognition that have gained fanatical fans from all over the world.

Clase Azul Ultra is an over-aged tequila that resulted when, after fermentation, it rested for 5 whole years in barrels that previously contained American whiskey and sherry. Intensity, volume, and complexity are only for those who know how to distinguish a truly unique tequila. The bottle is collectible and hand-painted with touches of pure 925 sterling silver, platinum, and 24k gold.
If we had to, we could only compare it to a very rare and expensive French cognac, but we won't, because it can stand on the first step of the podium all by itself.

It has a dark amber color with copper highlights. Rich aromas of dried plum, fig, apricot, cherry jam, maple, and intense notes of roasted hazelnut and wood. The body is full, with intense aromas of vanilla, cherry, plum, honey, ginger, clove, and cinnamon.
