Cotswolds Dry Gin consists of a delicious blend of nine carefully selected herbs. Juniper, coriander seeds, angelica roots are the basis of the recipe that defines the London Dry style. To this base are added lavender from the surrounding Snowshill area, bay leaves, fresh lime peels, and pink grapefruit zest, while the cardamom seeds and black pepper grains complete the mixture giving their spicy hue. Due to the unusually large number of herbs used, this gin causes a beautiful pearl blurred color when you add ice or tonic.
The result is a classic London Dry Gin, extremely balanced, with a rich aromatic profile where juniper and citrus fruits with spices become visible.
Drink straight or with ice. It has an intensity in a Gin with tonic and its excellent balance makes it ideal for Gin Martini.
