White Heather, 15 years old, is a blended Scotch whisky that comes from the hands of the beloved "grandfather" of all whisky lovers. The experienced master blender Billy Walker. In its production, malts from the Speyside, Islay, and Highlands regions were used, combined with grain whisky. The whisky comes from first-use bourbon and hogshead barrels and Spanish sherry casks, giving it depth and unique character. Then, the blend entered a combination of Pedro Ximénez sherry, Oloroso sherry, and American virgin oak barrels, offering an excellent balance of flavors.
Enjoy with absolutely no added color and without filtration. It offers aromas of clementines, caramel, peanut butter, and subtle smoky notes. Tastewise it offers a wealth of aromas of white flowers, pine, smoked salt, smoked orange peels, and caramel.
