Grappa di Barbaresco Marolo is a grappa produced exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes of the renowned Barbaresco zone. Its production involves careful distillation and resting in stainless steel tanks, preserving the freshness and authenticity of its character while highlighting the tradition of the Langhe region.
Each bottle is hand-wrapped, showcasing the attention to detail of Distilleria Marolo, founded in 1977 in Alba. Grappa di Barbaresco has been awarded the ANAG Gold Medal (Alambicco d’Oro 2023), confirming its quality and the Italian art of distillation.
It offers aromas of cinnamon, white pepper, and red apple, with a long and elegant finish.
