Konik's Tail Vodka is an excellent small production vodka from Poland, made with three different types of cereals. Spelt, rye and wheat. It is filtered through birch carbon which gives a pure style with complexity and very good balance. The word Konik refers to an ancient horse breed in Poland where legend has it that just one look at the cereals, was enough to bring rich crops.
