35N Cretan Distillery, founded in Rethymno by Ilias Melissourgos, takes its name from the 35th parallel—a line of latitude that crosses the island of Crete. There, they produce spirits using traditional fractional pot distillation in copper stills, working with both local and international grape varieties grown in Cretan soil. The result? Spirits that are rich in aroma and body, showcasing the unique character of the Cretan terroir and the exceptional quality of the grapes.
