Ageriko Lipsi Winery is a special blend of island varieties. The red Fokiano together with Assyrtiko and Athiri are united in an incredible white wine with a floral and tropical character.

Lipsi Winery is a boutique winery that deals with both local and international varieties while trying to highlight the terroir of the island. Manolis Vavoulas and Nikos Gryllis started the course of Lipsi Winery from a sweet wine, based on Fokiano, the Aposperitis.

The unexplored possibilities of Fokiano intrigued their curiosity and thus Ageriko was created. The base of Ageriko is Fokiano in blanc de noir vinification, which is blended with Assyrtiko and Athiri. Their combination composes a white wine with crisp acidity, floral aromas and juicy, fresh fruit.

Ageriko Lipsi Winery has pale lemon color and elegant nose with aromas of lemon, pineapple, lime, grapefruit, peach, bergamot, and pear. Hints of rose and lemon blossom complete the special set.

In the mouth, it has a medium body, refreshing acidity, and discreet oiliness. Fresh pear, crisp nectarine, pineapple, lemon, grapefruit, and bergamot fill-up the mouth in every sip.
