Why do we love it?

Cavalieri White Lazaridis is one of the most representative samples of Nikos Lazaridis and it brings us images of many happy moments, since it often accompanies us on the most beautiful occasions...

Nikos Lazaridis is one of the most important winemakers in Greece and a pioneer of Drama, since he founded the first winery in the area there.

He traveled for several years in Tuscany and when he returned, at the end of the 1970s, he decided to work professionally in wine and put his knowledge into practice. Where else? In the vineyards of his birthplace, Drama. After much experimentation, he succeeded and found the most charismatic locations to establish his vineyards. Absolutely compatible with the varieties he wanted to grow. Now sure of success, in 1987 he founded the first viticultural and winemaking company in the prefecture. It soon won over the Greek public and today, the Lazaridis winery, has its own place in our most special moments. We have been trusting the name of the family winery, with our eyes closed, for years now!

Cavalieri white Lazaridis is 100% Asyrtiko with stone fruits and botanical notes, to enjoy alone or to accompany a thousand dishes.

Tastes Like

It is light yellow in the glass. It has a strong aromatic and fruity nose, with stone fruits such as peach and apricot, honey, jasmine and botanical notes.

The mouth is full bodied, with high acidity and nice fruit. Aftertaste that lasts.

Excellent pairing with risotto with peas, finocchio and mascarpone, roasted chicken with lemon and thyme, broccoli souffle

Pasta salad with salmon, broccoli and tartar sauce

For the Tartar Sauce
3 tbsps. of mayonnaise
1 egg yolk, boiled
1 green onion
2 pickled cucumbers, chopped
1 tbsp. of capers
1 tbsp. of olive oil
1 tbsp. of parsley


For the Salad
100 gr. salmon
200 gr. pasta bowls
5-6 broccoli florets
¾ cup of peas
¾ cup of corn
1 carrot
Parsley
Olive oil
Salt

For the salad:

Cook the pasta al dente. Once cooked, drain them and season them with olive oil.
Boil broccoli, peas and corn for 8-10 minutes.
Grate the carrot, chop the parsley and cut the salmon in pieces.
In a salad bowl mix, peas, corn, carrot, salmon and veggies.


For the sauce:

In a food processor, mash the onion, the pickled cucumbers and the capers.
We drain them from their liquids. Mash the yolk with a fork and mix it with mayonnaise, parsley and the mixture of cucumber and caper.
Add the sauce to the pasta salad and mix gently.
Add the broccoli.
Put it in the fridge for an hour and then serve!
