We loved F by Foivos - Foivos Papastratis from the very first moment it was poured into our glass! It is one of those wines that literally drag you by the nose since the aromatic character of Muscat with flowers and Turkish delight is not easily hidden. In combination with the acidity of Assyrtiko, a delicious, aromatic, and well-structured white wine is born. It also got Bronze medal from Decanter!

Foivos Papastratis is perhaps the youngest winemaker in Greece. Having started making wines before he even graduated from the Department of Oenology and Beverage Technology, he has been charting his own brilliant course in the last three years. The grapes come from privately owned vineyards in Lilandio Field, with which he deals 24/7 as if they were his children. The area has a huge viticultural tradition and Foivos is a worthy continuator. Muscat and Assyrtiko are perfectly acclimatized in the area and every year it is getting better and better! Careful vinification shows the impressive potential of the winemaker and creates expectations for even greater things.

F by Foivos 2023 – Foivos Papastratis has pale lemon color. Explosively aromatic nose with intense floral aromas such as rose and jasmine, framed by sweet bergamot, apricot, peach, Turkish delight, and lime.

In the mouth, it has a medium body and crisp acidity. Lemon, grapefruit, kumquat, peach, rose and Turkish delight compose a delicious ensemble.
