Why do we love it?

Kostas Vryniotis in Gialtra Edipsos with the magnificent views, decided to take the rare, unknown local variety Vradiano at the ends by testing it in a fortified dessert wine.

The skin came in contact with the must before fermentation and after bleeding a small quantity of Vradiano, fermentation was stopped when it reached 6 baume with alcohol reinforcement. It remained patiently in a small French oak barrel for two years before it made an impressive appearance in our glasses and won our hearts.

Really!

Light orange color with salmon highlights.

Impressive sweet aromas of pear, pineapple, melon and sweet orange jam mingle with turkish delight , ginger and cinnamon. Cotton candy, candies and sweet potato awaken childhood memories while honey and sweet bitter steal the show as it unfolds in the glass.

Rich body, exuberant with sweetness in total balance with the intense acidity that refreshes the palate. Buttery texture with sweet orange, honey and candy acquiring a spicy character that impresses in the long-lasting aftertaste.
