Why do we love it?

Gewurztraminer Villa Wolf is a wine that literally pulls you from the nose, like any fine Gewurz that respects itself. Typical aromatic character and a bit of residual sugars, just as much as you need to love it.

Villa Wolf winery is the second winery of Ernst Loosen, who could not just settle for his winery in Mosel. This unique guy after his deafening success at Mosel decided to conquer Pfalz. Pfalz borders with Alsace but has a completely different terroir and wine style from Mosel. Gewurz comes from both privately owned vineyards and vineyards of collaborating local winegrowers. During manual harvesting, they carefully pick only the fully ripe grapes that haven’t been infected by botrytis. The fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel tanks. It has so impressive typicity and finesse that the fanatics of the variety will surely love it.

Also, if you want to impress the woman of your life, Gewurztraminer Villa Wolf will surely do the trick.

  • 2 tbsp. tomato sauce
  • 20 ml. sesame oil
  • 30 ml. hot water
  • 40 gr. brown sugar

Put all the vegetables in a large bowl and mix them very well.

Chop the basil and coriander and add them to the mix.

Preparation for dressing

In a bowl, mix soy, tomato sauce, sesame oil, sugar, water, peanut butter, grated ginger and grated garlic.

Pour the juices from the lemon and lime and mix thoroughly so that the ingredients are homogenized.

Half of the dressing is poured into the salad and mixed thoroughly so that it goes everywhere.

We add the remaining amount of dressing before serving.

  • Try the following variants such as zucchini, broccoli, corn, roasted chicken or roasted beef in strips.
  • Add corn, bamboo roots or bean sprouts to make your salad even healthier.
