Vidiano Choria Karavitakis Winery is one of the top expressions of the Greek variety and an adorable white wine. It's our great weakness, and it appears that we are not the only ones! It is no secret that Vidiano is one of the most dynamic Greek white varieties and among those with the greatest potential to evolve over time. Nikos Karavitakis truly believes in its potential and is dedicated to rising it even higher. Every year, he does not stop experimenting with different vineyard sites, lees-contact, different barrels, and winemaking techniques to bring only the best in our glasses.
Vidiano Choria is fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks, amphoras and used oak barrels. On the other hand, 2025 is probably its best vintage (so far). The slightly juicy fruit and refreshing acidity, make it overflowing with freshness and crystal elegance and makes us want to empty the whole bottle!
