Having tasted Lydia of Koukos Winery, we all agreed that this is the wine we would like to have on a relaxing afternoon, after work, on a nice terrace. We wonder if Sideritis in general, has such relaxing properties or if this particular great and delicious wine, can relax you and make your mind travel like that!
Koukos Winery was founded in the late 1990s. The two brothers, Panagiotis and Konstantinos Koukos, decided to take up the family vineyards near the ecosystem Strofilia and created a boutique, family winery. They deal with both local and French varieties, which they cultivate organically, with full respect for the environment. Sideritis is one of them and that's how Lydia was created. With careful vinification to express the delicate character of the variety, the result is an elegant, fruity and delicious wine.
