Why do we love it?

The Muscat Blanc 2024 from Majoros Estate is a white wine that encapsulates all the freshness, liveliness, and juicy fruit of the variety, but with the distinct character of the region it comes from. It is sure not to leave you indifferent, that’s for sure.

Laszlo Majoros runs the family winery in the historic region of Tarcal. His winemaking experience is undeniable, as he has been deeply involved in vineyard cultivation since he was a child. The region carries a vast tradition in wine production, and in his case, this has been combined with modern winemaking techniques to preserve and highlight the richness of the Tokaj terroir in the best possible way. At the winery, in addition to terroir wines, they also produce wines that overflow with fruit freshness, crisp acidity, and, in short, wines that leave no one indifferent. The Muscat Blanc 2024 is one of these, made 100% from the Sárga Muskotály variety, fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its aromas and fresh character.

Tastes Like

In the glass it is soft lemony. Aromas of tropical fruits mainly pineapple, dried banana, melon, lemon, citron, lime, elderflower, jasmine, lemon flower, quince and grass.
In the mouth it has a light body, with refreshing acidity. Lemon, lime, pineapple, baked caramel and quince, create a very pleasant and enjoyable result.

Enjoy it alone or combine it with fresh salads, prosciutto salad and varieties of white cheeses

Salmon Teriyaki with rice noodles

  • 2 salmon fillets with skin
  • 4-5 tbsps. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsps.  honey
  • 50 gr. fresh ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • Chili flakes
  • 2 limes
  • Fresh coriander
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 tsp. sesame
  • 400 gr. Rice Noodles

Grind the ginger with a grater or a multi and mush up the garlic, after you remove the green core.

Cut the salmon fillets in two and place them in a deep and narrow pot. In a bowl, mix the minced garlic , ginger, vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, chili flakes and honey. Cover the fillets with the marinade and leave them aside to prepare the noodles.

In a large bowl put the noodles and cover them with hot water. Leave for a few minutes, until they get soft.

Heat a non-stick pan and sauté the salmon fillets on both sides for a few minutes.

Add the marinade of the fillets and cook at moderate temperature until the sauce is ready.

Remove the fillets and add the noodles to the center of the pan, drained. Stir lightly and withdraw from the heat.

Add chopped coriander and green onion.

Sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds and serve with slices of lime.
