Why do we love it?
Pinot Grigio Santa Margherita is a classic Pinot Grigio, from those we know you love! The fruity and delicate character of this Italian Pinot Grigio has a fanatical audience worldwide, with exports to the ends of the world!

If you visit an Italian restaurant you will definitely find a Pinot Grigio! This is because it is pleasant, with refreshing acidity, and is an incredible Passepartout for food and wine pairings (from pasta to salads and from carpaccio to cutlets). As is often the case with the beloved and popular varieties, you can find it in a wide quality range. So, to be sure that you will have the best, we recommend Pinot Grigio Santa Margherita. Santa Margherita winery is one of the first and largest in the area. The many years of experience but also the vineyards in different sites of the Adige valley give a typical, delicious and expressive Pinot Grigio!

Prepare a pesto sauce and put Pinot Grigio Santa Margherita in your glass!

PAIR IT

with spaghetti al pesto, fish, oysters, lobster or dishes scented with herbs.

Steamed mussels with white wine and black pepper

  • 1 kg mussels, whole (with shell) cleaned and scraped. Alternatively prefer frozen
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic chopped
  • 3 tbsps. of finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 glass of white wine, preferably Assyrtiko

Place the mussels without water in a large saucepan or pan on a high heat and add plenty of pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until they open. Throw away mussels that will remain closed. Pour in the wine and leave it for a 1 minute in the heat until the excess of liquids is reduced.

Drain the mussels and hold the liquid left in the pan. Place the mussels in a deep platter. Drain the liquors from the mussels and pass them through a cheesecloth and then put them in a small bowl. Add the parsley to the bowl, stir, pour the mixture over the mussels, and serve.
