In the glass , its colour is golden – yellow with long – lasting discreet frothing . In the nose , its aftolytic aromas of biscuit , bread and honeycomb are dominant accompanied by very sweet aromas of peach , pear and dried nuts . In the mouth , it is rich with sweetness balancing perfectly with the highlighted acuity which cleans the mouth adding exuberance . The honeycomb is more intense in the mouth accompanied by very sweet fruit which lasts for long in the aftertaste .
