The talented oenologist and producer, behind the boutique Winery of Syros, has dedicated himself to highlight both Assyrtiko and the special terroir of Syros. After so many years we can say that he has succeeded since he convinced many others, winemakers and wine lovers, to see Syros from a different point of view. With dedication and passion from the vineyard to the bottle, he has created a crisp, fruity white wine with notes of minerality, typical for the variety, which definitely carries the cosmopolitan air of Syros. As Santorini's wines raise their prices, San Maratha will remain the most affordable and typical expression of Assyrtiko.

Tastes Like
It has pale lemon green color and elegant aromas of lemon, lime, grapefruit, bergamot and white peach. Savory notes emphasize the variety’s mineral character.
Delicious mouth with medium (+) body, crisp acidity and oily texture.
