On Thursday 2 October at 20:00, we’ll embark on a magical journey to Piemonte! No matter how much you’ve explored the region, there’s always something new to discover and be amazed by. And when we say “new”, we don’t mean chronologically, of course!
Michele was one of the first to truly believe in the potential of native grape varieties and the diversity of terroirs, showcasing the authenticity of each vineyard through single-vineyard vinifications. Barbera found in him its most passionate advocate, as he invested in the finest vineyard sites and revealed its full potential, offering us some of the most outstanding expressions of the variety.
We’ll have the chance to delve into this unique story and philosophy through a presentation by Simone Colasuonno, Corporate Hospitality & International Sales at Michele Chiarlo winery.
Today, the 3rd and 4th generations of the family continue Michele’s vision, cultivating some of the most historic and renowned crus of Piemonte: Cannubi and Cerequio in Barolo, Asili and Faset in Barbaresco, Rovereto in Gavi, and the iconic La Court in Nizza.
Michele Chiarlo’s wines stand out for their finesse, structure, and pure expression of terroir. International accolades and high scores simply confirm what Barolo and Barbaresco connoisseurs already know well: wines of this calibre, at such prices, capable of delivering profound emotion, are truly rare.
