Estate Argyros, on the other hand, is one of the island’s most historic and pioneering wineries. With roots going back to 1903, the estate has long been a benchmark in the cultivation and production of high-quality wines that are considered the epitome of the Santorinian terroir. Today, under the guidance of the 4th generation, Matthaios Argyros, the winery produces world-class wines from some of the oldest own-rooted vineyards on the island, aged over 200 years old.
