DOMAINE BONNET-HUTEAU

Domaine Bonnet-Huteau wines are the pioneers of the Renaissance that takes place in Muscadet. Organic farming, the individual wines for each of the different terroirs on the estate and the careful maturation on the fine lees, create an exciting picture for the fresh, mineral wines of the area. The estate, which has passed into the experienced hands of Remi Bonnet and his brother Jean-Jacques, is based on the ruins of a castle dating back to the Middle Ages with old vines of the region's great variety, Melon de Bourgogne.
