The Liappis Winery is nestled at the southern edge of Thessaly, on the foothills of the Narthakio Mountain, where its privately owned vineyard stretches across 380 meters of altitude. With a commitment to organic and dry farming, the estate produces limited‑edition wines from 100% unirrigated vineyard parcels, ensuring low yields that highlight the unique microclimate of the region. Since 2003, all wines have been certified organic and have earned distinctions in international competitions, reflecting the family’s deep knowledge of the Thessalian vineyard and the Limniona variety. Each bottle expresses the character of the land, shaped by the altitude, the poor soils, and the dedication of the Liappis family.
