Risotto with wild black truffle by the Mushroom Museum combines the classic rice recipe with mushrooms, in its most luxurious version. Apart from black truffle, this risotto also has pieces of black trumpet, making its taste really irresistible.
In just 12 minutes you can have a delicious risotto. Very simply, sauté the Risotto with wild black truffle for 1 minute with 60gr. fresh butter and then add 750ml of hot water (alternatively chicken or vegetable broth). Once it boils, lower the heat and simmer for 12 minutes, stirring gradually. Garnish with grated Parmesan and put in your glass a light Pinot Noir.
