Cabernet Sauvignon by Domaine Hatzimichalis is one of the oldest Cabernets in Greece. The great vintage of 1999 came in our hands from a collector's cellar.
Cabernet comes from the privately-owned vineyards of Domaine Hatzimichalis in Atalanti valley. The grapes are picked at the right time and then fermented and aged in French oak barrels, first and second use, for 12 months. The wine is bottled unfiltered and intended for long aging.
