Cabernet Sauvignon by Domaine Hatzimichalis is one of the oldest and most classic Cabernets in Greece. The great vintage of 2000 came in our hands from a collector's cellar.
Cabernet comes from the privately owned vineyards of the Domaine, in Atalanti valley. The grapes are picked at the right time of perfect ripening and then fermented and aged in French oak barrels, first and second use, for 12 months. The wine is bottled unfiltered and has great aging potential.
