Bizios Estate blends family tradition, organic farming and the unique terroir of Asprokambos in Nemea to create wines with distinctive character. Elias Bizios, a second‑generation viticulturist, founded the winery with the aim of expressing the personality of his privately owned vineyards, located at 850–900 meters — the highest point of the Nemea PDO zone. Low yields and gentle interventions allow Agiorgitiko to reveal its full potential through a contemporary expression of Nemea.
For Nemea 2022, fermentation took place in stainless‑steel tanks, followed by maturation in French and American oak barrels for 12 months, adding subtle spice notes and enhancing complexity. After an additional 6 months in bottle, the wine has gained a firm yet velvety structure and perfect balance, ready to enjoy now or over the next 8 years.
