The expression of the different terroirs of the villages of the Uco Valley, is multifaceted, just like a pentagon! EMMA ZUCCARDI BONARDA 2018
It is the first wine label created by Sebastian Zuccardi and it is dedicated to his grandmother, Emma! The first vineyard in the area was planted by his grandfather in Santa Rosa, to honor the European immigrants of the 19th century. Bonarda from the San Pablo and Paraje Altamira vineyards, fermented with spontaneous yeasts and after malolactic fermentation, matured in concrete eggs. Decanter gave it 95pts, while Robert Parker, Tim Atkin, and James Suckling rated it 94pts!

The Zuccardi family knows exactly how to exploit and highlight the chalky soils of Paraje Altamira and the proof is this Malbec.
