The Vourvoukeli family consistently invests in local Pamiti that seems to have the characteristics of a great variety, producing extremely interesting reds and white wines in the blanc de noir of vinification.

In Avdiros Rosé 2023 Domaine Vourvoukelis, it is blended with a small amount of Syrah which is used mainly for its color. The residual sugar is low, exactly as much as is needed to get its semidry character we have loved so much.

Bright, light rosy color with delicate purple reflections.

On the nose aromas of sweet pomegranate, strawberry and cherry flood the glass complemented by cherry, bubblegum and Turkish delight. Herbal tea and hints of caramel jump out as it breathes.

In the mouth, rich, velvety with oily feel. The lightweight, nicely integrated sweetness is in perfect balance with the acidity that refreshes the mouth while the minimum tannic hints adding complexity. The light sweetness helps the fruit better express, making strawberry, cherry and pomegranate to dominate and persist in the long finish.
