Why do we love it?

The rebellious winemakers of Languedoc, Pierre & Antonin, are back in full force! And this time, they’re bringing a seriously tempting summer treat. Bouquet Rosé 2024 by Pierre &

Antonin is a rosé that bursts with aromas of strawberry, rose petals, and freshness. It’s the kind of wine that’ll whisk you away—and keep you company—on sun-drenched afternoons, with salty skin and a glass that’s never empty. Get ready!

Pierre Caizergues and Antonin Bonnet have made a name for themselves crafting wines that make a statement. They grow organically farmed hybrid grape varieties that are naturally more resistant to disease—meaning less agrochemicals, water, and labor are needed. Their winemaking is also 100% vegan, chemical-free, and deeply respectful of nature. From vineyard to cork, everything comes from within 80 km of their winery. Now that’s sustainability to the core!

Bouquet 2024 by Pierre & Antonin is made from the hybrid variety Grenache Bouquet. The grapes are pressed immediately after harvest to preserve their fresh, aromatic character. After gentle pressing that gives the wine its delicate pink hue, fermentation happens naturally with ambient yeasts in stainless steel tanks—resulting in a vibrant, fruity, and ultra-refreshing wine.

Don’t overthink it. We’ll just say it straight: Bouquet Rosé 2024 by Pierre & Antonin was made to be enjoyed in generous pours!

BOUQUET ROSE 2024 - PIERRE & ANTONIN

PAIR IT

Enjoy it on its own or pair it with Asian dishes with sweet and sour sauces (think Thai), green salads with goat cheese and strawberries or a cheese platter.

Sweet and sour chicken with fresh peas and peppers

- 500 gr. chicken breast
- 200 gr. peas
- 250 gr. heirloom peppers
- 3 carrots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 50 gr. fresh ginger
- 2 spring onions
- 40 ml soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon of corn flour
- 30 ml olive oil or sesame oil
- 250 ml of vegetable broth
- Freshly ground pepper
- Salt
- Coriander or parsley
- 1 lime

Start by cutting the chicken into bites. Then put it in a bowl, add garlic and grated ginger, soy, corn flour and marinate for 30΄.

Cut peppers, carrots and onion into strips.

In a wok or in a large and deep pan, heat up the olive oil, saute the vegetables and peas for about 10 minutes until they soften.

Add the chicken with its marinade and continue sauteing for another 3-4 minutes.

Add honey, chopped onions, broth, pepper and season carefully since soy sauce is salty. Simmer for about 20 minutes, until the sauce sets and remove from the fire.

Serve with chopped coriander or parsley and lime.

Notes on the recipe
- We can add any seasonal vegetable that we like such as zucchini, green beans, etc.
- If we do not want to use chicken we can replace it with mushrooms, especially with shiitake that go very well in this recipe.
