In this case, the expressive, fruit‑driven Agiorgitiko of Nemea is blended with peppery Syrah, delivering a modern rosé with elegance, balance and unmistakable character.
In 1994, Yiannis Paraskevopoulos and Leon Karatsalos decided to combine their experience and deep knowledge of winemaking, founding Gaia Wines with the aim of producing high‑quality Greek wines. Beginning in Santorini and shortly afterwards expanding to Nemea, they have left a distinct and lasting mark on the modern Greek vineyard, becoming a point of reference for quality and consistency.
S Rosé Gaia Wines is crafted from Agiorgitiko and Syrah grapes sourced from selected vineyard sites in Asprokampos and Koutsi, Nemea. At the winery, a short skin contact is applied to achieve its playful, pale rosé hue. Fermentation and ageing then take place exclusively in stainless‑steel tanks, with the clear aim of preserving freshness, purity of fruit and aromatic clarity.
