Sorry guys, we ran out of this one {{item.CannotBuyReason}}
Why do we love it?

If Lulu Pet Nat – The Knack Project was the star of a romantic comedy, she’d be the fiery, freckled redhead the hero falls for, one unforgettable summer. But in real life, it’s a fabulous, natural sparkling red wine made from Mouchtaro—and you’re bound to fall for.

Lulu is fresh, original, and full of personality—a red pét-nat (pétillant naturel) born in the Geraneia Mountains, from 42-year-old Mouhtaro vines grown at 630 metres altitude. Christos Koulouriotis, the mind behind The Knack Project, was inspired by the authenticity of the variety and the unfiltered joy of natural winemaking to create a wine that doesn’t take itself too seriously—but takes pleasure very seriously. The result is so spot-on, it makes you wonder how we ever lived without Lulu Pet Nat, and why no one thought of this sooner.

Don’t overthink it—Lulu Pet Nat – The Knack Project is the wine that’ll save the day when you’re serving a mix of bold, unconventional dishes under the blazing summer sun. Hurry, it was bottled in only 200 bottles!

Tastes Like

In the glass, Lulu Pet Nat – The Knack Project shines with a bright ruby hue and bursts with aromas of pomegranate, strawberry, blackcurrant, and dried flowers.

On the palate, it’s medium-bodied with soft tannins and a juicy, fruit-forward character, layered with hints of lavender and doughy complexity.

The Knack Project

Christos Koulouriotis, the man behind The Knack Project, after finishing his studies for the WSET Level 4 Diploma, decided to make his own wine. A fan of minimum interventions and the natural movement, he worked with family owned vineyards in the area of Megara, where he comes from. Wines of limited production that highlight the character of the variety and the terroir of the region. And for music lovers, the name of the project comes from the music group The Knack!

PAIR IT

Pair it with spicy salami pizza, grilled pork chops with BBQ sauce, pork skewers (souvlaki-style) or charcuterie platters.
