Studio by Miraval 2019 is the little brother of Chateau Miraval, who of course has inherited the incomparable elegance of the Chateau! With a minimal and impressive bottle, perfectly matching its content, Studio by Miraval promises to cool up your summer dinners and give color to your evenings!

Wines of Provence are characterized not only by their pale onion color but also by the impressive concentration of fruit in combination with a mineral background. The enchanting village of Correns with its huge history in French wine piqued the interest of the famous jet setters, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. So, they decided to buy a winery there, Chateau Miraval. Responsible for the vinification of wines is none other than the famous and experienced Perrin family (Chateau De Beaucastel).

The blend for the Studio by Miraval 2019, consists of Cinsault, Grenache Rouge, Rolle, and Tibouren. Cinsault and Tibouren ferment in stainless steel tanks while Grenache and Rolle ferment in concrete "eggs". In the egg-shaped tanks create a natural convection movement, which is similar to that of batonnage. The result is crystalline and oily, with impressive fruit purity.

Studio by Miraval 2019 got its name from the recording studio inside the winery. The piano music of the famous Jacques Loussier is still echoing…

It has pale salmon color and impressive aromas of strawberry, white cherry, raspberry, red currant, orange zest, and grapefruit. Delicious and juicy mouth, with plenty of red fruit, framed by notes of dough and cream. It has a moderate body and refreshing acidity.

with sushi, fresh salads, and dishes with shellfish.

Arugula salad with smoked salmon, avocado and roasted almond

  • 300 grams of arugula as fresh as possible
  • 200 g of smoked salmon
  • 50 g roasted almonds
  • an avocado, thickly cut
  • a little dill
  • a little fennel
  • 50 g of oil
  • 2 lemons
  • a little orange juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • three types of peppercorns: green, red, black

Cut salmon in strips. Marinate for 3 hours in the refrigerator, in a bowl of lemon juice, finely chopped dill and fennel, pepper and a little olive oil. Mix by hand to combine all the ingredients.

Chop the roasted almonds.

Put the peppercorns in the mortar and break them lightly to release their aromas.

In a large salad bowl, cut the arugula in large pieces, add the avocado, pour over the salmon strips and sprinkle with pepper and roasted almond.

While serving, sprinkle with a dressing of: lemon, salt, a little orange juice and minimum olive oil, that we have previously mix well.
