Since the Venetian years, the sweet Muscat of Cephalonia was considered a great wine and an integral part of gastronomy, as the Venetians accompanied their meals with it. It was named after the stalactites who adorn the caves of Cephalonia and as its creator says, each drop is as precious as the drops that form little by little the stalactites. Muscat is dried under the hot, summer sun for 10 to 15 days and then its nectar ferments at controlled temperatures.

Dense and rich, this Muscat will amaze everyone.

It has deep golden color with amber hues.

Intoxicating nose with rich aromas of dried apricot, orange jam, honey, bergamot, peach, honey blossom and bitter orange blossom.

On the palate it is luscious with balanced acidity and aromas of peach jam, orange, apricot, honey, toffee, citron and dried flowers. Toffee after-taste that lasts.
