RIESLING RED SLATE - DR LOOSEN

Riesling Red Slate - Dr Loosen comes from the "fillet" vineyards of Mosel and combines the fresh and playful aromas of the variety, with the charm of the very rare terroir! Riesling Red Slate - Dr Loosen, comes from the Erden and Urzig regions, where the soil consists of red rather than blue slate. Native yeasts and maturation for 12 months in 3000 liter oak barrels together with the lees, give the wine complexity, with strong mineral and floral elements and a delicate spicy character that takes your breath away!

ABSTRACT - BLANK CANVAS

Three Rows "Abstract" Sauvignon Blanc - Blank Canvas is a single block vineyard Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough and rated as one of the best in the country! Three Rows "Abstract" Sauvignon Blanc - Blank Canvas comes from 3 specific rows of a dry-farmed vineyard and is harvested only by hand. The bunches are pressed whole, but lightly so that only their free-flowing juice is used. The precious nectar ferments with natural yeasts in French barrels of 500 liters. Malolactic fermentation, maturation for 14 full months and its unfiltered bottling are some of the reasons that explain the unimaginable complexity and volume of this very elegant and uniquely balanced masterpiece.

ROBOLA - SARRIS WINERY

Sharp acidity, mineral character and fruit concentration that we usually find in first-class Santorini, make this Robola really irresistible! A single vineyard in the Grand Cru area of Fagia, on the slopes of Ainos, at an altitude of 800 meters, stony and arid, with an acre yield of less than 300 kg / acre, gave Robola exactly what she needed. The abstract vinification of Panos Sarris, without many interventions, left Robola and the terroir to shine, creating a wine with the heavy imprint of Kefalonia and the producer.

SANTORINI 34 - ARTEMIS KARAMOLEGOS WINERY

Can you imagine what an Assyrtiko from 120 year old vineyards will be like in the best parts of Santorini? No; It does not matter, you do not need to imagine, you can just try Santorini 34 from the Winery of Artemis Karamolegos! Assyrtiko comes from primitive vineyards of 120 years old from the best vineyards in the villages of Pyrgos, Exo Gonia, Fira, Akrotiri and Megalochori. The wine matures for 9 months with its wine sludges to gain oiliness, able to balance its sharp acidity. 10% aged for 5 months in oak barrels for third use.

GHIAIA NERA ETNA ROSSO - TENUTA TASCANTE

Ghiaia Nera Etna Rosso Tenuta Tascante is an amazing, elegant wine from Etna! Nerello Mascalese grapes come from the north side of Mount Etna, from vines that grow at an altitude of 600 meters. The harvest is done by hand and after strict sorting the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in oak tanks for 12 months. The result is juicy, floral and expressive with silky tannins, just amazing!

MAVRO - PETRAKOPOULOS WINERY

Mavro from Petrakopoulos Winery is an impressive and delicious wine from Mavrodafni and the one that put Kefalonia on the radar of Decanter and world-class wine critics. For Mavro from the Petrakopoulos Winery, vines over 40 years old are selected from specific vineyards in the area of Paliki and Eleios. Very strict sorting of the fruit (we have seen it with our own eyes), long extraction and maturation for at least 12 months in French oak barrels, made Mavro a wine rich in aromas and flavors, with the spicy and botanical dimension of Mavrodafni starring.
