LA FALAISE - DOMAINE LA NEGLY
La Falaise consists of Marsanne and Roussanne, which are fermented in French oak barrels. After that, the wine matures on its fine lees for 10 months in the barrel, with regular batonnage for the first 2 months. The result is expressive, buttery, and impressively complex.

PINOT GRIS - DOMAINE CAMILLE BRAUN
Domaine Camille Braun is a family winery in Orschwihr, Alsace, founded by Camille Braun in 1960. Since 2005 it has been in the hands of his son, Christophe, and his wife, Chantal. Their philosophy is summarized in biodynamic cultivation, winemaking with minimal interventions, and only from the best vineyards in the area. Pinot Gris comes from the beautiful village of Uffholtz. The wine ferments with indigenous yeasts and matures on its fine lees for several months until it is ready for bottling. The result is elegant, expressive and reflects the terroir of the area but also the unique character of this particular variety. Enjoy it with sautéed mushrooms or some pate and you will understand that you don't want much in this life to be happy!

Olga Raffault winery is a family winery of four generations and one of the oldest in the region. Olga Raffault or "Queen Olga" as they call her, devoted her life to the area and the wine she loved so much. Why Queen? Because her wines were iconic and she was one of the "protectors" of the area. She has passed all this love to her descendants, who continue with the same passion to create fine wines of emotion.
