It contains one of each of the following.
NAKED WHITE - WEINGUT HEINRICH
Naked White - Weingut Heinrich is a completely natural and very tasty blend of varieties that are in perfect harmony with nature. As soon as we tried it we looked at each other in silence and started nodding our heads condescendingly. We loved its fresh and very fruity character, its floral spring aromas and its refreshing acidity. If we also comment on its price, this is the most value for money white that you will enjoy every day!
MATASSA BLANC - DOMAINE MATASSA
The world-renowned Domaine Matassa winery is located in one of the most diverse regions of Southern France, the Languedoc-Roussillon region. Matassa blanc is a blend of mainly Grenache Gris (70%) and Macabeo (30%), from 95-year-old vineyards. With a cloudy orange-yellow color after remaining for about two weeks on the skins and an amazing nose of citrus, stone fruit and minerality, it ferments and matures in a 2000-liter foudre, acquiring an enviable concentration and balance.
LAGOS & CHELONA - MARKOGIANNI WINERY
An orange and rosé wine hybrid with ripe citrus, quince, persimmons and red fruits intertwine into an impressive whole with a rough structure! A wine from Roditis (45%), Refosco (22%), Mavroudi (20%) and Asproudes (13%) that combines rosé and red vinification. The Roditis remains in contact with the pips and waits for the remaining varieties, which after the 12-hour extraction will be separated from their pips and joined with the skins and must of the Roditis. This mixture will stay with the stems of Roditis for 12 days. The wine ferments in stainless steel tanks, with native yeasts and is bottled unfiltered in very few bottles.
LES CHARMES - DOMAINE SAINT-CYR
Morgon Les Charmes Domaine Saint-Cyr is a wonderful expression of Gamay that introduces us to the other side of the variety. It comes from the Les Charmes vineyard in Morgon, at an altitude of 500 meters, with vines over 60 years old. The grapes undergo maceration carbonique for 2 weeks and then the wine is fermented with native yeasts and matures for 8 months in used oak barrels. The result is expressive, earthy and at the same time fruity with silky tannins.
MALBEC KUNG FU - MATIAS RICCITELLI
Matias Riccitelli's Kung Fu Malbec is a natural Malbec from an altitude of 1350 meters, without added sulfites or any other interventions. The grapes are picked by hand and the wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in concrete "eggs" (oval-shaped tanks). The result has dense black fruit, a botanical dimension and… animalistic instincts.
