It contains one of each of the following.
DORIAN WHITE NATURAL WINE - BALATSOURAS FAMILY
The vineyards are organically grown and the winemaking process they follow is a case study for any natural wine that wants to be called natural! Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, without sulfites, added or any other interference like filtration, create a pure orange wine. Dorian White wine is a blend of Roditis (90%) and Malagouzia (10%).
ELECTRA ORANGE - KOUKOS WINERY
Electra Orange by Koukos Winery comes to rock the boat for good as it is an elegant, orange wine from the very rare Sideritis Greek grape variety! Electra Orange is the wine we'll be drinking obsessively from now and all summer long! And probably we'll continue after that!
NAOUSSA - OENOS NATURE
Naoussa Oenos Nature is a red wine of mild natural vinification, from Xinomavro, with typicity and finesse. If you are one of those people who love the modern style of Xinomavro but also the delicate tomatoey character this wine is for you!
VORIAS AND HELIOS ORANGE RODITIS - MARKOGIANNI WINERY
Vorias and Helios Orange Roditis of Markogianni Winery is the wine that will make you love orange wines (if you don’t already). Roditis from 30-year-old vines stays with the skins for 12 days and then ferments in stainless steel tanks. It is bottled without sulfites or other interventions and the result is simply magical.
ARMATHOS MERLOT NATURE - DOMAINE G. LOULIS
A juicy and complex Merlot of mild natural vinification, i.e. organic farming, no added sulfites, and no filtration. The favorite French variety, in the hands of the Loulis family and in the microclimate of the village of Arma, gives its best character!
SYRAH - GILALI
Syrah is probably the most beloved foreign, red variety of the Greeks and this is why we are super excited every time we discover new diamonds, such as Syrah Gilali! The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and has matured for 7 months in second-hand oak barrels and then it is bottled unfiltered, without other interventions and with minimum sulphites. If you like Syrah, you will love this one as it has dense, ripe, black fruit and as much oak as needed to let the variety and work in the vineyard, shine.
