BARDA PINOT NOIR - BODEGA CHACRA
What would you say if we told you we found an epic Pinot Noir from the distant and frozen Patagonia? And yet, we are talking very seriously! We would not play with such a serious issue as Pinot Noir. The precious juice ferments in oval cement tanks with indigenous yeasts and then matures for 10 months in French oak barrels. The result is an incredibly expressive and typical Pinot Noir with crisp acidity and lacy tannins that looks at Burgundy straight in the eye.
MARSANNAY CUVEE SAINT URBAN - DOMAINE JEAN FOURNIER
Marsannay Cuvee Saint Urbain Domaine Jean Fournier is an unimaginably delicious and ethereal Burgundy. Its rich red fruit, its floral character and its lacy tannins conquered us from the first sip! The grapes come from vines planted from 1921-1945. The harvest is done exclusively by hand and the wine is fermented with native yeasts. During vinification 25% whole bunches are used to give extra complexity and help the wine's elegant expression of fruit and silky tannins. The wine matures for 12 months in French oak barrels, 25% new. The wine is bottled unfiltered and you can comfortably forget about it for a decade in your cellar.

Lapis Luna Pinot Noir is juicy, spicy, with ripe tannins and plenty of fruit, do you want something else?
PINOT NOIR - VILLA WOLF(Ernst Loosen)
Pinot Noir 2020 from Villa Wolf is probably the most value for money Pinot Noir out there. Elegance, typicity, and juicy red fruit that can compete with each and every one of its french siblings. Part of the Pinot Noir (50%) matures for 12-18 months in French oak barrique barrels (of which 30% is new oak), while the rest stays in stainless-steel tanks. This way it acquires the flavors and complexity of the oak while retaining its fruit and freshness.
