Contains one of each of the following.

BUONORA ETNA BIANCO - TENUTA TASCANTE

Buonora Etna Bianco Tenuta Tascante is a fantastic white wine that uniquely expresses Etna's volcanic terroir. Carricante grapes come from the north side of Etna, from vines that grow at an altitude of 600 meters. The harvest is done by hand and after strict sorting the wine ferments and matures for 4 months with its fine lees in stainless steel tanks. The result is strongly mineral, expressive and with sharp acidity, simply incredible!

SANTORINI - ARTEMIS KARAMOLEGKOS WINERY

Santorini of Artemis Karamolegos Winery is a classic and crystalline expression of the Santorini terroir. The best vineyards of the island join forces in a mineral white wine that impresses. The traditional and aromatic blend, from 90% Assyrtiko and 10% Athiri and Aidani. The grapes come from the villages of Pyrgos, Exo Gonia, Fira, Akrotiri, Emporio and Megalochori. The wine matures for 5 months on its lees to acquire fatness, able to balance its sharp acidity.

MALAGOUZIA - KITRVS WINERY

Malagouzia from Kitrvs Winery has now won the title of one of the best Malagouzia (if not the best!) in Greece and every year it justifies its title and reputation. This particular Malagouzia has a North Helladic style, i.e., refreshing acidity, a tight body and a tremendous sense of freshness in the mouth and this is one of the reasons why it is closed with a high aesthetic and quality stelvin cap that perfectly preserves its freshness.

AMAUTA TORRONTES - BODEGA EL PORVENIR DE CAFAYATE

Amauta Torrontes from Bodega El Porvenir de Cafayate, is an epic value for money wine, since it comes from 50 year old vines, at an altitude of 1650m. in Salta, Argentina, with impressive purity of fruit and formality. The harvest is done in two phases, beginning and middle of February to synthesize a wine with complexity, acidity and intense fruity but floral character. In order to preserve all of the above, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks while malolactic conversion is avoided.

ELIA VIDIANO - KARAVITAKIS WINERY

Elia Vidiano from Karavitakis Winery is surely one of the most elegant and at the same time impressive expressions of the famous Cretan variety. The "pride" of Nikos Karavitakis is ready to conquer anyone who will try it! The vineyard is located at an altitude of 640 meters and part of the wine was aged in oak barrels from the Vosges Forests for at least 6 months. The barrel is just enough to give off its aromas while still allowing the complex and mineral character of Vidiano to shine through.

POUILLY FUISSE - DOMAINE CORNIN

Dominique Cornin's Pouilly Fuisse is a hymn to Chardonnay! This wonderful wine has not matured in oak barrels, as they use to do in the region, but has a long stay on its lees and this characterizes its unique structure and expressiveness! Dominique Cornin's Pouilly Fuisse comes from 4 different vineyards planted between 1909-1965 in Chaintre and Pouilly Fuisse, Burgundy. It ferments with native yeasts and ages in stainless steel tanks, in contact with its lees, for 12 months. It is then bottled unfiltered and without any other intervention.
